Meeting Minutes; Rights of Inspection. (a) The minutes of proceedings of the Directors shall be kept in written form (which may be electronic) at such place or places designated by the Directors, or, in the absence of such designation, at the principal office of the Trust. (b) Every Director shall have the absolute right at any reasonable time to inspect and copy all books, records and documents of every kind and to inspect the physical properties of the Trust.
