Common use of Meeting with IPA Clause in Contracts

Meeting with IPA. Within ten (10) Business Days of providing the System Impact Study to Interconnection Customer, IPA and Interconnection Customer shall meet to discuss the results of the System Impact Study. If a consultant approved by IPA was used to conduct the System Impact Study, that consultant will also attend the meeting to discuss the results of the study.
