Meeting with Xxxxxxx. The Xxxxxxx and all new employees will be allowed up to ten (10) minutes for the purpose of orientation. The Employer agrees to inform the new employees that a Union Agreement and dues check-off are in effect. The Union will provide copies of the Agreement, which will include a membership application and a list of Union Executive.
