MEETINGS AND REPORTING. 8.1 The British Council and the Service Provider shall hold a monthly service review meeting and such other six monthly and/or annual review meeting as set out in the relevant Order Contract, or such other frequency as may be agreed by the parties in writing. 8.2 The Service Provider shall comply with the management reporting requirements as set out in the relevant Order Contract.
