MEETINGS AND REPORTING. Upon completion of the SFD survey and the acceptance and evaluation of the Exploratory Prospects, Encal shall provide Pinnacle with an outline of the Xxxxx to be drilled and new Facilities to be constructed. It is acknowledged that such outline shall not be binding and may be subject to revision from time to time. At two (2) month intervals thereafter, Encal shall provide outlines for the EJV Xxxxx scheduled to be drilled in each successive calendar quarter during the Term. Beyond the Term, the Parties shall consult to determine the most efficient and reasonable method of scheduling further operations.
