Meetings of administrative organs of the Industrial Union. An employee elected to the Executive Committee, National Council or Congress of the Industrial Union shall be entitled to job release in order to participate in official meetings of the said administrative organs. The employee shall announce the need for job release at the earliest opportunity and provide a proper account of the time required for participating in the meeting.
