Conscription and reserve military training. The employer shall pay conscription day compensation corresponding to not more than the earnings for one working day to an employee participating for the first time in conscription for military service. If the employee is also working on the day of conscription, then wages for the time at work shall also be paid. An employee participating in a special medical examination for the purpose of conscription shall be compensated for loss of earnings for the time that, according to an acceptable account, the employee must be absent from work during regular working hours due to the examination. For the period spent on a military reserve refresher course, the employer shall pay wages to an employee to make up the difference between the amount paid by the State in reservist pay and the employee’s full wage benefits. The employer may deduct any reservist pay that is payable for the working days specified in the schedule of working hours. This regulation shall also apply to employees ordered to attend civil alternative refresher courses under the Non-Military Service Act or training in special civil defence functions under the Rescue Act. The compensation shall be based on average hourly earnings.

  • Financial Management Standards The financial management systems of Grantee must meet the following standards:

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Industrial Relations Training Leave 53.1 Union Delegate/Employee Representative shall have access to industrial relations training in accordance with Appendix E hereof.

  • Paraeducators A Paraeducator who has successfully completed a probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days. The term Paraeducators shall include all Paraeducators as defined in Appendix B.   • Sanitation and Servicing Purchaser shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent pollution of air, soil, and water by Purchaser’s Operations. If facilities for employees are established on Sale Area, they shall be operated in a sanitary manner. In the event that Purchaser’s Operations or servicing of equipment result in pollution to soil or water, Purchaser shall conduct cleanup and restoration of the polluted site to the satisfaction of Forest Service. Purchaser shall maintain all equipment operating on Sale Area in good repair and free of abnormal leakage of lubricants, fuel, coolants, and hydraulic fluid. Purchaser shall not service tractors, trucks, or other equipment on National Forest lands where servicing is likely to result in pollution to soil or water. Purchaser shall furnish oil- absorbing mats for use under all stationary equipment or equipment being serviced to prevent leaking or spilled petroleum-based products from contaminating soil and water resources. Purchaser shall remove from National Forest lands all contaminated soil, vegetation, debris, vehicle oil filters (drained of free-flowing oil), batteries, oily rags, and waste oil resulting from use, servicing, repair, or abandonment of equipment.
