Common use of Meetings of Managers Clause in Contracts

Meetings of Managers. Meetings of the Board may be held when called by any Manager or Managers. The Manager or Managers calling any meeting will cause notice to be given of such meeting, including therein the time, date and place of such meeting, to each Manager at least two Business Days before such meeting. The activities to be engaged in at, or the purpose of, any meeting of the Managers will be specified in the notice or waiver of notice of any such meeting. If fewer than all of the Managers are present in person, by telephone or by proxy, the activities at any such meeting will be confined to the activities specifically stated in the notice or waiver of notice of such meeting.
