Meetings of Noteholders, Extraordinary Resolutions and Modification. Any modification, waiver, authorization or substitution pursuant to this Condition 13 shall be binding on the Noteholders and any such modification or substitution shall be notified to the Noteholders as soon as practicable thereafter in accordance with Condition 12.
