MEETINGS OF NOTEHOLDERS. 18.1 The provisions of Schedule 3 to the Trust Deed shall apply to meetings of the Noteholders and shall have effect in the same manner as if set out in this Agreement. 18.2 Without prejudice to subclause 18.1, each of the Paying Agents on the request of any holder of Bearer Notes shall issue voting certificates and block voting instructions in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Trust Deed and shall immediately give notice to the relevant Issuer and Guarantor in writing (with a copy to the Trustee) of any revocation or amendment of a block voting instruction. Each of the Paying Agents will keep a full and complete record of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it and will, not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for holding a meeting or adjourned meeting, deposit at such place as the Trustee shall approve, full particulars of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it in respect of the meeting or adjourned meeting.

Each of the Paying Agents will keep a full and complete record of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it and will, not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for holding a meeting or adjourned meeting, deposit at such place as the Trustee Principal Paying Agent shall approve, full particulars of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it in respect of the meeting or adjourned meeting.

Each of the Paying Agents will keep a full and complete record of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it and will, not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for holding a meeting or adjourned meeting, deposit at such place as the Trustee Fiscal Agent shall approve, full particulars of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it in respect of the meeting or adjourned meeting.

Each of the Paying Agents and/or the Registrar will keep a full and complete record of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it and will, not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for holding a meeting or adjourned meeting, deposit at such place as the Trustee Issuer shall approve, full particulars of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it in respect of the meeting or adjourned meeting.

Each of the Paying Agents will keep a full and complete record of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it and will, not less than 24 hours before the time appointed for holding a meeting or adjourned meeting, deposit at such place as the Trustee shall designate or approve, full particulars of all voting certificates and block voting instructions issued by it in respect of the such meeting or adjourned meeting.
