Meetings of the Advisory Committee. 13.3.1.1 shall be called by the General Partner at any time to consider matters for which the consent, approval, review or waiver of the Advisory Committee is required by this Agreement or is requested by the General Partner, provided that the General Partner shall call at least one meeting of the Advisory Committee per year; and 13.3.1.2 may be called at any time by any Limited Partner that has a representative member on the Advisory Committee.
