Meetings of the Joint Steering Committee. The JSC shall meet at least twice (2) per year, with at least one (1) meeting during each year in person (the location of each meeting in person to alternate between the offices of each Party), for so long as the Development Plan contemplates clinical development of a Licensed Product. The JSC may appoint working sub-groups to communicate frequently and outside formal meetings.
