Common use of Meetings of the Steering Committee Clause in Contracts

Meetings of the Steering Committee. The Steering Committee shall hold meetings at such times and places as shall be determined by the co-chairpersons. The meetings shall be held *****. Steering Committee meetings may be held in person or by telephone or video conference. The co-chairpersons shall alternate in keeping written minutes that shall reflect the decisions taken at the meetings. Such minutes shall be circulated to the Steering Committee for review and approval within two weeks after each meeting.

In addition, either Party may request that an ad hoc meeting of the Steering Committee be held at any time upon giving reasonable advanced notice to the other Party. The co-chairpersons Abpro and Celltrion representatives on the Steering Committee shall alternate in keeping written minutes that shall reflect the decisions taken at the meetings. Such minutes shall be circulated to the Steering Committee for review and approval within two (2) weeks after each meeting.
