Meetings on Parent Conference Days. On Parent Conference Days, the District agrees not to schedule a District Directed Site Meeting (See Section 12.9.1). Similarly, GTA agrees to waive Sections 4.8 on Parent Conference Days. Because the District is not scheduling District Directed Site Meetings, and GTA is waiving Section 4.8 on Parent Conference Days, unit members will have more flexibility in scheduling parent conferences. Parent conferences will take place once a year in the fall. There shall be five (5) TK-5 student conference days in the fall. Dismissal time will be 1:30.
