Meetings Without Loss of Pay. When an employee and/or Union Representative, to a maximum of two (2) people, attend a grievance meeting with the Employer, the time in attendance at the meeting will be without loss of pay. Preparation time and time spent in pre- grievance meetings (to prevent a grievance) will also be allowed without loss of pay. The total length of preparation time and pre-grievance meeting time will be determined by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union.
