Common use of Member Access Clause in Contracts

Member Access. A Member and the Member’s authorized representative will have reasonable access to, and may inspect and copy, all books, records and other materials pertaining to the Company or its activities. The exercise of such rights will be at the requesting Member’s expense. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the inspection must occur at the Company’s principal place of business and may only be conducted following Ten (10) business days’ prior written notice to the Company.

Member Access. The exercise of such inspection rights will be at the requesting Member’s expense. Notwithstanding , and the foregoing, Member shall reimburse the inspection must occur at Manager or the Company’s principal place Company for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in the production and delivery of business such books and may only be conducted following Ten (10) business days’ prior written notice to the Companyrecords.
