Common use of Member Communications Materials Clause in Contracts

Member Communications Materials. Upon request, Contractor shall provide Covered California with at least one (1) copy, unless otherwise specified, of any information Contractor intends to send or make available to all Covered California Enrollees, including, Evidence of Coverage and disclosure forms, Enrollee newsletters, new Enrollee materials, health education materials, and special announcements.
