The "Member Events" clause defines specific occurrences or actions involving members of an organization or agreement that trigger certain rights, obligations, or procedures. Member Events. Upon your request, from time to time, the Company will sponsor and/or inform you about wellness-related events in your community.
Member Events. As a BOOK by Cadillac member, you may have access to events through our network of partners and sponsorships. If an event has limited space, tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Member Events. 10.1. Attendance at L’invité member events is strictly by guest list only, it’s a member’s duty to RSVP in a timely manner including the number of guests they would be brining to the event, to ensure the their name on the guest list.
10.2. The dress policy is smart chic with no sports caps/hats, trainers or shorts.
10.3. Please respect other members and any misappropriation will not be tolerated. We want each member to feel secure and free in a friendly environment.
10.4. Unless specified in the Event invite, the Standard guest policy at L’invité is as follows: • UAE/ Resident Membership: o UAE Events: Complimentary access for Member; o Additional guest (s) chargeable at AED250 per person. • International Membership: o UAE Events: Complimentary access for Member; o International Events: Complimentary access for Member; o Additional guest (s) chargeable at AED250 per person for UAE events and AED500 per person for International events.
Member Events. Members/Users agree to abide by the Clubhouse Usage and Rental Agreement, as amended from time-to-time. This is to exclude the fitness room in the clubhouse which is for members above the age of 18 only.
Member Events. The Club requires submittal of the final numbers of reservations 14 days prior to the event. This number will represent the guaranteed number for billing purposes, and the Club will not bill for any number less than the guaranteed number reserved. However, if the number of guests attending the event exceeds the guaranteed number, the Club will bill for the additional guests. To avoid an interruption in service, the Club recommends accurate guaranteed reservations. Room Set-up will need to be submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to event. Item and menu prices do not include the 20% service charge and the 7% sales tax. The Club will forecast the total price of the Non-Member event based on the guaranteed number of reservations, the menus selected, room fees, service charges, sales tax, and all other fees associated with the requested services, and the host of the event must submit a non-refundable payment of the estimated bill within 7 days of the event. If the actual charges, due to an increase in attendance or written changes, exceed the estimated payment, the balance is due immediately following the function. To reserve a room for an event, the Club will require payment of a non- refundable deposit as determined by50% of the estimate event total. Guaranteed Number of Guests: The guaranteed number for your event is . If this number changes, the host must provide written notification. In response, the host must receive written acknowledgement of the change from the Club. The guaranteed number may not be reduced within 7 days of Member hosted events or within 14 days of Non-Member hosted events.
