Common use of Member Representation Clause in Contracts

Member Representation. Contractor shall ensure that Medi-Cal Members, including Seniors and Persons with Disabilities (SPD), persons with chronic conditions (such as asthma, diabetes, congestive heart failure), and Members who use Managed Long Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) or their representatives are included and participate in establishing public policy within the Contractor’s advisory committee or other similar committee or group.
