MEMBER TO COMPLY WITH ALL CO-OP REGULATIONS. The member-shareholder covenants that he will preserve and promote the cooperative ownership principles on which the Co-op has been founded, abide by the By Laws, rules and regulations of the Co-op and any amendments thereto and any other Co-op documents and by his acts of cooperation with its other members bring about for himself and his co-members a high standard in home and community conditions. The Co-op agrees to make its rules and regulations known to the member-shareholder by delivery of same to him or by promulgating them in such other manner as to constitute adequate notice.

  • Amendment to Comply with Law The Parties acknowledge that state and federal laws and regulations relating to data security and privacy are rapidly evolving and that amendment of this Agreement may be required to provide procedures to ensure compliance with such developments.
