Members’ and Affiliated Parties’ Responsibility within Management Areas and Individual Jurisdictions. Subject to the reservation of authority in Article 8.5, each of the Members and Affiliated Parties (or groups of Members and Affiliated Parties) will have initial responsibility to implement SGMA and the GSP adopted by the Agency within their respective Management Areas, as delineated in the GSP.
