Members and Capital. 2.1 The Members have contributed to the Company in the amount set forth in Exhibit A; the Members have not contributed any other property to the Company. No Member shall make any additional contributions to the Company without the consent of all other then-admitted Members. Each Member’s Membership Interest (as defined in Section 3.1(d) below), expressed as a percentage, is equal to the amount of such Member’s capital contribution as set forth on Exhibit A, divided by the aggregate of the Members’ capital contributions as set forth on Exhibit A.
