Common use of Members of the Supervisory Clause in Contracts

Members of the Supervisory. Bargaining Unit shall receive personal leave during each fiscal year they remain members of the Supervisory Bargaining Unit as outlined in the following schedule of years of continuous State service on any July 1: less than five years = 3 days five through 9 years = 4 days 10 through 14 years = 5 days 15 years or more = 8 days
