Membership Application. During the life of this agreement the University’s Employment Services Manager, or their designee at the time of hire, rehire, reinstatement or transfer of an employee into the Bargaining Unit, shall apprise the prospective employee of this Article’s provision and shall present to the Bargaining Unit Member a Membership Application supplied by the Association. If the employee desires to join the Association, the Bargaining Unit Member shall complete the Membership Application, which the University shall forward to the Association’s financial officer.
