Common use of Membership Communication Clause in Contracts

Membership Communication. A. The Association shall have the right to use the employee mailboxes, and to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on the Association bulletin board. The District shall provide a mailbox in the main office at each school labeled for outgoing KEA mail. The Association also agrees it will not seek to utilize employee mailboxes or to post any materials which are not in the best interest of the District or its normal operation.
