Membership in Professional Organizations. An employee shall have the right to decide whether or not to join any particular professional organization without coercion from any administrator or fellow employee. No employee shall be discriminated against by reason of his/her membership in any representative group, or participation in any grievance or other proceedings with respect to any conditions of employment.
