Membership of Appeals Committee. Appeals committees are struck on an ad hoc basis when required and shall consist of three members, as follows: two librarians and archivists — one named by the appellant and one named by the PCAC or the Xxxx, University Libraries/ Xxxx, Faculty of Law, depending on the stage at which the appeal is made — and a third member chosen by the two designated librarians and archivists.
