Membership Options. All membership categories require a minimum one year commitment from first Dues payment*

All employees in the bargaining unit shall, on or before the thirtieth (30th) work day following: the beginning of the school year; the beginning of their employment; or, the execution of this Agreement, whichever is later, either:
1. Become a member of the Association, or;
2. Not become a member of the Association.

1. Become members of the Association (including the Michigan and National Education Associations), or
2. Pay to the Association an amount of money which the Association certifies in writing as a cost equal to the negotiation and administration of this Agreement.
Membership Options. (a) We offer different Membership Options, as amended from time to time. :You agree that a TQ Fitness staff member has provided you with, and that you understand information about each Membership Option available to you.
(b) You agree to pay TQ Fitness the relevant Fees associated with each option that you have selected in respect of your:
(i) Membership Option;
(ii) Minimum Term; and

(b) You agree to pay TQ Fitness the relevant Fees set out in this Agreement, and associated with each option that you have selected in respect of:
(i) your Membership Option;
(ii) your Minimum Term; and
(iii) your Payment Option.
(c) If you have agreed to pay an Ongoing Fee you agree to be bound by the direct debit terms and conditions as described in the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement, and you acknowledge that your membership will extend past the Minimum Term until terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
(d) If you have agreed to pay an Upfront Fee you acknowledge that you are required to pay the Fee before you use the Facilities.

There are a number of ways in which to participate in Juno through your Customer Organisation, such as various subscription plans, promotional plans, and non-subscription purchases. These options consist of different Benefits and features and may be subject to additional and differing conditions, prices, policies and limitations. Juno reserves the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend its membership options and plans at any time at our absolute discretion. From time to time we may permit non-members to access certain Benefits, content or features for a cost or at no cost. Juno makes no commitment on the quantity, availability, type or frequency at which such Benefits, content and features will be available to non-members and may modify, discontinue, remove or suspend access at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion.
