MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT. 10.10.1. All employees covered by this Agreement shall be required, as a condition of employment to apply for and become members of, and to maintain membership in the Union within nine (9) days following the beginning of their employment or the effective date of this cause, whichever is later.
