UNION MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT. 4.01 Within one (1) week of the signing of this Agreement, all employees of the Employer shall, as a condition of employment, become and remain members in good standing of the Union, according to the Constitution and By-Laws of the Union. As a condition of employment, all new employees shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union within six (6) months of employment.

UNION MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT. All employees of the Board shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union according to the constitution and by-laws of the Union. All new employees shall become and remain members in good standing in the Union within thirty (30) days of employment.

All those Employees now members of the Union must maintain their membership in the Union. Those Employees not members at the date of certification of the Bargaining Unit do not have to join the Union.

(a) that all present employees who are, or who become, members of the Union shall remain as such members in good standing; and
(b) that all future employees shall become members of the Union from the respective dates of the commencement of their employment with the Board and thereafter shall remain as such members in good standing, provided that the Library shall not be required to discharge an employee who has been expelled or suspended from membership in the Union, other than for engaging in unlawful activity against the Union. The word “employees” as used in this Article shall mean the employees of the Board who, from time to time, come within TPLWU Local 4948.

UNION MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT. Following an apprentice’s indenture, said apprentice shall become a member of the Union and shall thereafter remain in good standing in the Union as a condition to remain in the apprenticeship program.
UNION MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT. 3.01 All employees of the Employer for whom the Union is bargaining agent as provided in this Agreement shall pay Union dues at all times in accordance with the Constitution and By-laws of the Union for continued employment by the Employer.
