Common use of Membership Rescission Clause in Contracts

Membership Rescission. Union members requesting to rescind membership and membership rights in their exclusive professional advocacy organization shall make such request in writing to PSE/SEIU 1948, following the constitution and bylaws, and any and all relevant conditions, policies, and procedures. Providing such conditions have been met, PSE/SEIU 1948 shall inform the District of the employee’s non- member status consistent with the notification section 13.4.
