Common use of Memorandum or Short Form of Lease Clause in Contracts

Memorandum or Short Form of Lease. Lessor and Lessee shall, promptly upon the request of either, enter into a Memorandum or Short Form of this Lease, substantially in the form of attached Exhibit D with such modifications as may be appropriate under the laws and customs of the States and in the customary form suitable for recording under the laws of each of the States. Lessee shall pay all costs and expenses of recording such memorandum or short form of this Lease.
