Common use of Menial Tasks Clause in Contracts

Menial Tasks. The Employer shall not require an employee to perform work defined as janitorial or intentionally embarrassing in nature. An employee shall be responsible for the appearance of his/her work area, vehicle and other assigned equipment; provided further, an employee shall be responsible for the proper condition of his/her uniform, weapons and other items of personal equipment in his/her care and possession.
