Mentors Facilitators Clause Samples

The Mentors/Facilitators clause defines the roles, responsibilities, and expectations for individuals designated as mentors or facilitators within an agreement or program. It typically outlines the scope of their involvement, such as providing guidance, support, or training to participants, and may specify requirements for qualifications, reporting, or conduct. This clause ensures that all parties understand the function and authority of mentors or facilitators, helping to set clear boundaries and accountability, and ultimately supports the effective delivery of mentorship or facilitation services.
