Merchandise; Prices to be charged. The Contractor shall keep the concession continuously stocked with high quality, saleable merchandise and establish reasonable prices to be charged for the products and services to be sold or exchanged that are consistent with the pricing set forth in its proposal. The Contractor may, subject to the written consent of the Contracting Officer, grant complimentary or reduced rates to certain persons as are customary in businesses of similar character.
