Common use of Merchant’s Right to Monitor Clause in Contracts

Merchant’s Right to Monitor. Merchant shall have the right to monitor the Sale and activities attendant thereto and to be present in the Stores during the hours when the Stores are open for business; provided that Merchant’s presence does not unreasonably disrupt the conduct of the Sale. Merchant shall also have a right of access to the Stores at any time in the event of an emergency situation and shall promptly notify Agent of such emergency.
