Merial Branding. Merial may elect to brand the Licensed Product(s) sold in the Territory with a Merial brand name or trademark and will own all Intellectual Property Rights in such brand name or trademark. At no time during this Agreement or after the expiration or termination hereof shall APP have any interest in or ownership of the Merial trademark or brand name selected by Merial to brand the Licensed Product(s) in the Territory.

  • Branding Manager shall maintain and administer for Owner the standards of branding established by Behringer Harvard Holdings, LLC with respect to all billboards, signage and uniforms.

  • Collaboration Management Promptly after the Effective Date, each Party will appoint a person who will oversee day-to-day contact between the Parties for all matters related to the management of the Collaboration Activities in between meetings of the JSC and will have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date.   • Sponsorship Olympic Plastics will not become the sponsor of the Ferro Holland Pension Plan.

  • Manufacturing and Marketing Rights The Company has not granted rights to manufacture, produce, assemble, license, market, or sell its products to any other person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the Company's exclusive right to develop, manufacture, assemble, distribute, market, or sell its products.

  • Collaboration Each Party shall provide to the enforcing Party reasonable assistance in such enforcement, at such enforcing Party’s request and expense, including to be named in such action if required by Applicable Laws to pursue such action. The enforcing Party shall keep the other Party regularly informed of the status and progress of such enforcement efforts, shall reasonably consider the other Party’s comments on any such efforts, including determination of litigation strategy and filing of material papers to the competent court. The non-enforcing Party shall be entitled to separate representation in such matter by counsel of its own choice and at its own expense, but such Party shall at all times cooperate fully with the enforcing Party.

  • Marketing and Promotion The Company agrees to make every reasonable effort to market its Contracts. It will not give disproportionately unequal emphasis and promotion to shares of the Fund as compared to other underlying investments of an Account. In addition, the Company shall not impose any fee, condition, rule or regulation for the use by a Contract owner of the Fund as an investment option that operates to the specific prejudice of the Fund vis-a-vis the other investment options offered by the Company to Contract owners. In marketing and administering its Contracts, the Company will comply with all applicable state and Federal laws.

  • Alliance Manager Each Party shall appoint a person(s) who shall oversee contact between the Parties for all matters between meetings of each Joint Committee and shall have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date (each, an “Alliance Manager”).
