Metadata. The Parties recognize that Provider’s platform, processing and analysis produces metadata including custom output and reports. Such output and reports including benchmarking, geographical comparisons ("Metadata"), are Provider’s exclusive property. Provider may use Metadata and reports in any manner that is aggregated and anonymized such that the Metadata cannot be identified back to Customer, any Property or any End-User or group of End-Users.
