Program Guides. STE shall provide Licensor with copy(s) of STE’s program guide contemporaneously with delivery of such guides to STE’s customers, provided, that occasional failure to timely deliver such program guides shall not be deemed a material breach hereunder provided that STE acts with good faith to remedy such failure.
Program Guides. Licensee shall provide to Licensor a copy of any program schedules or guides (including those delivered by electronic means, if any) for the Licensed Service immediately upon publication or delivery thereof.
Program Guides. Licensee shall promptly upon publication deliver to Licensor copies of print program guides, if any, published for the Licensee Service for as long as Licensee is authorized to exhibit any Included Program hereunder. ATTACHMENT E DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS The Included Programs shall be delivered to Licensee in accordance with Section 8 of the Agreement and Section 8 of Attachment D and shall conform to the technical specifications set forth in the attached Attachments E-1 and E-2, as applicable. Program Guides. The Reseller agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to follow the business processes set forth in the Zoom The Reseller Program Guide which may be found at xxxx://xxx.xx/2RI4WdH (the “Program Documentation”); and failure by The Reseller to follow the Program Documentation will not be deemed a breach of this Agreement provided that The Reseller used commercially reasonable efforts consistent with industry standards to follow the Program Documentation. The Zoom Global Referral Program Guide and the Zoom Lead Referral Guidelines (collectively, the “Partner Program Documents”) will govern the criteria around the qualification and validity of the leads submitted by the Reseller. Zoom may update the Partner Program Documents from time to time and the Company will provide The Reseller with at least twenty (20) days prior written notice of any material changes. In the event of a direct conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the terms and conditions in the Program Documentation, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall govern to the extent required to resolve the conflict.
Program Guides. Requirements regarding lead registration, Partner assignments, sales activities and eligibility for commissions and other payments are set forth in Versapay’s current “Program Guides” for each Partner Program, all of which are posted online by Versapay in the applicable Partner Portal and each of which may be changed by Versapay from time to time. Partners agree to and will conduct their business according to the current applicable Program Guide(s).

Program Guides. In the event the Grantee or an agent of the Grantee provides to the Grantee's subscribers written program guides, such guides shall fist, at a minimum, all non-must carry channels carried on the Grantee's cable television system and shall, to the extent reasonable as determined by the Grantee fist all programs carried on all non-must carry channels.
