Common use of Meteorological Data Clause in Contracts

Meteorological Data. Seller must supply to Buyer ambient dry-bulb temperature data, relative humidity data, and barometric pressure data from the Site. The sensors and equipment used to measure and record this data must represent ambient conditions at the Site and must be installed in a way that the sensor readings are not adversely affected by buildings, vents, structures, or local obstacles. Any request by Buyer for Seller to change the placement of the meteorological equipment shall be performed at the cost of Seller. Such equipment as specified in this Section 3.7(f) shall be used for all meteorological purposes under the terms of this Agreement, including settlement and compensation purposes and testing.
