METER DEPARTMENT. (a) In those service areas where the Meter Department is comprised of two or more employees (excluding Meter Changers and Meter Readers) one employee shall be classified as Crew Leader. A new classification of Meterman Handling Orders will be established at the current Leadman’s rate of pay for those Polyphase Meter Departments consisting of one (1) employee.
