Meter Repair or Replacement; Meter Care and Risk of Loss. If the Meter malfunctions or fails due to reasons other than an Excluded Circumstance, we will repair or replace the Meter. You agree to take proper care of the Meter(s), as stated in this Agreement and any user documentation. You assume all risk of loss or damage to the Meter(s) while you have possession.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
