METERING AND PROTECTION. 4.1 The Solar Power Developer shall install main meter and check meter of static type 0.2s class accuracy of ABT Meters at the Interconnection Point. The Solar Power Developer shall also install stand-by meter of same accuracy as per the norms specified in the Metering Code by CEA or norms of TSERC. The main meter, check meter and stand-by meter shall consist of a pair of export and import parameters with facility for recording meter readings using meter recording instrument. The Solar Power Developer shall be responsible to enable remote monitoring of generation by providing AMR modules to the billing meters. 4.2 All the meters required to be installed in pursuant to Clause 4.1 of this Agreement, shall be jointly inspected and sealed and shall not be interfered with, tested or checked except in the presence of representatives of both parties and as per the Metering Code. 4.3 The meter readings of the main meter shall form the basis of billing. If any of the meters required to be installed pursuant to Clause 4.1 of this Agreement are found to be registering inaccurately the affected meter shall be replaced immediately. 4.4 The test check of the main meter and check meter shall be conducted half yearly for their accuracy in measuring the units. Where the half yearly meter check indicates an error in the main meter beyond the limits, but no such error is indicated in the corresponding check meter, billing for the month shall be done on the basis of the reading of the check meter and the main meter shall be replaced immediately. If main meter and check meter indicate an error beyond the limits, billing for the month shall form the basis of the readings of the standby meter, and the main meter and the check meter shall be replaced immediately. 4.5 During the half yearly test checks, if the main meter, check meter and standby meter are found to be incorrect in measuring the units beyond the permissible limits of error, all the meters shall be replaced immediately. The correction applied to the consumption registered by the main meter to arrive at the correct Delivered Energy for billing purposes for the period of one month up to the time of such test check, computation of Delivered Energy for the period thereafter till the next monthly meter reading shall be as per the replaced main meter. 4.6 Corrections in billing of Delivered Energy, whenever necessary, shall be applicable to the period between the previous monthly meter reading and the reading at date and time of the test calibration conducted in the current month and this correction derived with reference to the standard meter to the defective meter shall be for the full value of the error. For the purpose of determining the correction to be applied to any meter registering inaccurately, the meter shall be tested under conditions simulating 100, 50, 20 and 10 percent load at unity power factor and 0.5 power factor. Of these eight values, the error at the load and power factor nearest the average monthly load served at the Interconnection Point during the applicable period shall be taken as the error to be applied for correction. 4.7 Where the main meter, check meter and standby meter fail to record or any of the Potential Transformer (PT) fuse is blown out, then the energy shall be computed on a mutually agreeable basis for that period of defect. 4.8 The main meter, check meter and standby meter shall be tested and calibrated once in a Financial Year utilizing a standard meter of 0.02s class accuracy testing meter (“Standard Meter”). The Standard Meter shall be calibrated once in every year at the approved Laboratory by the Government of India or Government of Telangana, as per Terms and Conditions of supply. The testing of meters shall be carried out as per order issued from time to time by TSTRANSCO or CEA scrupulously. 4.9 The tests of the main meter, check meter and standby meter shall be conducted by the TSTRANSCO or DISCOM in the presence of authorized representatives of both the parties and the results and such corrections arrived at shall be binding on both the parties. 4.10 On the Meter Reading Date of each month, the meter readings shall be taken (and an acknowledgement thereof signed) by the authorized representatives of both the parties. 4.11 Within six (6) months, from the execution of this Agreement, the Solar Power Developer and the TSTRANSCO or DISCOM shall mutually agree for technical and performance specifications (including, but not limited to, the metering configuration for the Project) concerning the design and operation of the facilities required to be installed by the Solar Power Developer so as to operate in parallel with the grid. Thereafter, any change in such specifications shall be subject to mutual agreement of the parties. 4.12 The Project shall be operated and maintained in accordance with good and generally accepted prudent utility standards with respect to synchronizing, Voltage, frequency and reactive power control. 4.13 Voltage regulation shall be such as to enable continued paralleling and synchronization with the network voltage at the point of interconnection. 4.14 The equipment of the Solar Power Developer shall be designed for fluctuations in the frequency within limits of -5% and +3% of the standard frequency of 50 cycles per second. 4.15 The Solar Power Developer shall ensure that the power factor of the power delivered to the DISCOM is maintained as per the TSERC or CEA norms from time to time. 4.16 Any change in rupturing capacity of switch-gear, settings of the relays or any other protection system shall be subject to approval of the TSTRANSCO or DISCOM. 4.17 As the Solar Project's plant may carry fault currents that may occur on the grid, the Solar Power Developer shall provide adequate switchgear protection against such faults. The TSTRANSCO or DISCOM is not responsible for damage, if any, caused to the Project’s plant and allied equipment during parallel operation of the plant with the grid. 4.18 The Solar Power Developer shall make bonafide effort to operate the Project in such a manner so as to avoid fluctuations and disturbances to the TSTRANSCO or DISCOM network due to parallel operation with the network. 4.19 The SLDC may instruct the Solar Power developer to back down generation on consideration of grid safety and security or safety of any equipment or personnel is endangered and the solar power Developer shall comply the same. For this purpose, the Solar Power Developer shall provide Data Acquisition System (“DAS”) facility compatible with SLDC Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) system in consultation with SLDC for transfer of online information to SLDC as per TSERC Grid Code and IEGC 2010. (i) SLDC may direct the Solar Power Developer to curtail its VAR or injection incase the security of grid or safety of any equipment or personnel is endangered. (ii) During the Project start-up, the Solar Power Developer shall ensure that the reactive power drawl shall not affect the grid performance. 4.20 The Solar Power Developer shall install necessary current limiting devices such as thyristors or any other device. The Solar Power Developer shall provide protection system in compliance with the grid code requirement for short circuit level, neutral grounding, current unbalance, limiting of harmonics, fault-clearing time etc.

Thereafter, any change in such specifications shall be subject to mutual agreement of the parties. 4.12 The Project shall be operated and maintained in accordance with good and generally accepted prudent utility standards with respect to synchronizing, Voltagevoltage, frequency and reactive power control. 4.13 Voltage regulation shall be such as to enable continued paralleling and synchronization synchronisation with the network voltage at the point of interconnection. 4.14 The equipment of the Solar Wind Power Developer Producer shall be designed for fluctuations in the frequency within limits of -5% and +3% of the standard frequency of 50 cycles per second. 4.15 The Solar Power Developer Wind power developer shall ensure that the power factor of the power delivered to the DISCOM is maintained as per the TSERC or CEA APERC/CEA/CERC norms from the time to time. 4.16 Any change in rupturing capacity of switch-gear, settings of the relays or any other protection system relays, etc., shall be subject to approval of the TSTRANSCO or DISCOM. 4.17 As the Solar Project's plant generator may carry fault currents that may occur on the grid, the Solar Wind Power Developer Producer shall provide adequate generator and switchgear protection against such faults. The TSTRANSCO or DISCOM is not responsible for damage, if any, caused to the Project’s plant 's generator and allied equipment during parallel operation of the plant generator with the grid. 4.18 The Solar Wind Power Developer Producer shall make bonafide a good faith effort to operate the Project in such a manner so as to avoid fluctuations and disturbances to the TSTRANSCO or DISCOM network due to parallel operation with the network.the 4.19 The SLDC may instruct Wind Power Producer shall control and operate the Solar Power developer to back down generation on consideration of grid safety and security or safety of any equipment or personnel is endangered and the solar power Developer shall comply the same. For this purpose, the Solar Power Developer shall provide Data Acquisition System (“DAS”) facility compatible with SLDC Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) system in consultation with SLDC for transfer of online information to SLDC Project as per TSERC Grid Code Prudent Utility Practices. The DISCOM shall only be entitled to request the Wind Power Producer to reduce electric power and IEGC 2010. (i) SLDC may direct the Solar Power Developer to curtail its VAR or injection incase the security of grid or safety of any equipment or personnel is endangered. (ii) During energy deliveries from the Project start-upduring a System Emergency, and then only to the Solar Power Developer shall ensure extent that in the reactive power drawl shall not affect DISCOM’s reasonable judgment such a reduction will alleviate the grid performance. 4.20 The Solar Power Developer shall install necessary current limiting devices such as thyristors or any other deviceemergency. The Solar DISCOM shall give the Wind Power Developer Producer as much advance notice of such a reduction as is practicable under the circumstances and shall provide protection system use all reasonable efforts to remedy the circumstance causing the reduction as soon as possible. Any reduction required of the Wind Power Producer hereunder shall be implemented in compliance a manner consistent with the grid code requirement for short circuit level, neutral grounding, current unbalance, limiting of harmonics, fault-clearing time etcsafe operating procedures.

Thereafter, any change in such specifications shall be subject to mutual agreement of the parties. 4.12 The Project shall be operated and maintained in accordance with good and generally accepted prudent fraudulent utility standards with respect to synchronizing, Voltagevoltage, frequency and reactive power control. 4.13 Voltage regulation shall be such as to enable continued paralleling and synchronization with the network voltage at the point of interconnection. 4.14 The equipment of the Solar Power Developer shall be designed for fluctuations in the frequency within limits of -5% and +3% of the standard frequency of 50 cycles per second. 4.15 The Solar Power Developer shall ensure that the power factor of the power delivered to the DISCOM is maintained at or above the Minimum Power Factor as per the TSERC Tariff Notification, or CEA norms from time to timeotherwise pay Surcharge as per Tariff Notification in force. 4.16 Any change in rupturing capacity of switch-gear, settings of the relays or any other protection system relays, etc., shall be subject to approval of the TSTRANSCO or APTRANSCO/DISCOM. 4.17 As the Solar Project's plant may carry fault currents that may occur on the grid, the Solar Power Developer shall provide adequate switchgear protection against such faults. The TSTRANSCO or APTRANSCO/DISCOM is not responsible for damage, if any, caused to the Project’s plant and allied equipment during parallel operation of the plant with the grid. 4.18 The Solar Power Developer shall make bonafide bonafied effort to operate the Project in such a manner so as to avoid fluctuations and disturbances to the TSTRANSCO or APTRANSCO / DISCOM network due to parallel operation with the network. 4.19 The Solar Power Developer shall control and operate the Project as per Prudent Utility Practices. The APTRANSCO/DISCOM shall only be entitled to request the Solar Power Developer to reduce electric power and energy deliveries from the Project during a System Emergency, and then only to the extent that in the APTRANSCO/ DISCOM’s reasonable judgment such a reduction will alleviate the emergency. The DISCOM shall give the Solar Power Developer as much advance notice of such a reduction as is practicable under the circumstances and shall use all reasonable efforts to remedy the circumstance causing the reduction as soon as possible. Any reduction required of the Solar Power Developer hereunder shall be implemented in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures. 4.20 SLDC may instruct the Solar Power developer plant to back down generation on consideration of grid safety and security or safety of any equipment or personnel is endangered and the solar power Developer plant shall comply with the same. For this purposethis, the Solar Power Developer shall provide Data Acquisition System (“DAS”) facility in compatible with to SLDC Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) system in consultation with SLDC for transfer of online information to concerned SLDC as per TSERC the clause No. 5.2.U of APERC Grid Code and IEGC 20102010 & APERC Grid Code. (i) SLDC may direct the Solar Power Developer to curtail its VAR or injection /injection incase the security of grid or safety of any equipment or personnel is endangered. (ii) During the Project start-up, the Solar Power Developer shall ensure that the reactive power drawl (inrush currents in case of induction plants) shall not affect the grid performance. 4.20 4.21 The Solar Power Developer shall ensure the connectivity standards applicable to the solar generating stations as per the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) Regulations and its amendments thereto are adhered to. 4.22 The Project proponent will install necessary current limiting devices such as thyristors or any other deviceetc, if required. The Solar Power Developer project proponent shall provide protection system in compliance with the to grid code requirement for short circuit level, neutral grounding, current unbalance, limiting of harmonics, fault-fault- clearing time etc. A generating unit may be synchro nized to the state grid system, when the project proponent has obtained permission for synchronization after meeting system requirements and such generating unit complies with Prudent Utility Practices.

The testing of meters shall be carried out as per order issued from time to time by TSTRANSCO or CEA scrupulouslyAPERC/APTRANSCO/DISCOM rules and regulations. 4.9 The tests of the main meterAll main, check meter and standby meter tests shall be jointly conducted by the TSTRANSCO or DISCOM in the presence of authorized representatives of both the parties and the results and such corrections so arrived at shall mutually will be applicable and binding on both the parties. 4.10 On the Meter Reading Date of each month, the meter readings shall be taken (and an acknowledgement thereof signed) by the authorized representatives of both the parties. 4.11 Within six (6) months, from following the execution of this Agreement, the Solar Power WtE Developer and the TSTRANSCO or APTRANSCO/DISCOM shall mutually agree for to technical and performance specifications (including, but not limited to, the metering configuration for the Project) concerning the design and operation of the facilities required to be installed by the Solar Power WtE Developer so as in order for the WtE Developer to operate in parallel with the grid. Thereafter, any change in such specifications shall be subject to mutual agreement of the parties. 4.12 The Project shall be operated and maintained in accordance with good and generally accepted prudent utility standards with respect to synchronizing, Voltagevoltage, frequency and reactive power control. 4.13 Voltage regulation shall be such as to enable continued paralleling and synchronization with the network voltage at the point of interconnection. 4.14 The equipment of the Solar Power WtE Developer shall be designed for fluctuations in the frequency within limits of -5% and +3% of the standard frequency of 50 cycles per second. 4.15 The Solar Power WtE Developer shall ensure that the power factor of the power delivered to the DISCOM is maintained as per the TSERC or APERC/CEA norms from time to time. 4.16 Any change in rupturing capacity of switch-gearswitchgear, settings of the relays or any other protection system relays, etc., shall be subject to approval of the TSTRANSCO or APTRANSCO/DISCOM. 4.17 As the Solar WtE Project's plant may carry fault currents that may occur on the grid, the Solar Power WtE Developer shall provide adequate switchgear protection against such faults. The TSTRANSCO or APTRANSCO/DISCOM is not responsible for damage, if any, caused to the Project’s plant and allied equipment during parallel operation of the plant with the grid. 4.18 The Solar Power WtE Developer shall make bonafide bona fide effort to operate the Project in such a manner so as to avoid fluctuations and disturbances to the TSTRANSCO or APTRANSCO/DISCOM network due to parallel operation with the network. 4.19 The WtE Developer shall control and operate the Project as per Prudent Utility Practices. The APTRANSCO/DISCOM shall only be entitled to request the WtE Developer to reduce electric power and energy deliveries from the Project during a System Emergency, and then only to the extent that in the APTRANSCO/DISCOM’s reasonable judgment such a reduction will alleviate the emergency. The DISCOM shall give the WtE Developer as much advance notice of such a reduction as is practicable under the circumstances and shall use all reasonable efforts to remedy the circumstance causing the reduction as soon as possible. Any reduction required of the WtE Developer hereunder shall be implemented in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures. 4.20 SLDC may instruct the Solar Power developer WtE plant to back down generation on consideration of grid safety and security or safety of any equipment or personnel is endangered and the solar power Developer WtE plant shall comply with the same. For this purposethis, the Solar Power WtE Developer shall provide Data Acquisition System (“DAS”) facility compatible with to SLDC Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) system in consultation with SLDC for transfer of online information to concerned SLDC as per TSERC the clause No. 5.2.U of APERC Grid Code and IEGC 20102010 & APERC Grid Code. (i) SLDC may direct the Solar Power WtE Developer to curtail its VAR or / injection incase the security of grid or safety of any equipment or personnel is endangered. (ii) During the Project start-up, the Solar Power WtE Developer shall ensure that the reactive power drawl (inrush currents in case of induction plants) shall not affect the grid performance 4.21 The WtE Developer shall ensure the connectivity standards applicable to the WtE generating stations as per the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) Regulations and its amendments thereto are adhered to. 4.20 4.22 The Solar Power WtE Developer shall will install necessary current limiting devices such as thyristors or any other deviceetc., if required. The Solar Power WtE Developer shall provide protection system in compliance with the to grid code requirement for short circuit level, neutral grounding, current unbalance, limiting of harmonics, fault-fault- clearing time etc. A generating unit may be synchronized to the state grid system, when the WtE Developer has obtained permission for synchronization after meeting system requirements and such generating unit complies with Prudent Utility Practices.

For the purpose of determining the correction to be applied to any meter registering inaccurately, the meter shall be tested under conditions simulating 100, 50, 20 and 10 percent load at unity power factor and 0.5 power factor. Thereafter, any change in such specifications shall be subject to mutual agreement of the parties. 4.12 The Project shall be operated and maintained in accordance with good and generally accepted prudent utility standards with respect to synchronizing, Voltage, frequency and reactive power control. 4.13 Voltage regulation shall be such as to enable continued paralleling and synchronization with the network voltage at the point of interconnection. 4.14 The equipment of the Solar Power Developer shall be designed for fluctuations in the frequency within limits of -5% and +3% of the standard frequency of 50 cycles per second. 4.15 The Solar Power Developer shall ensure that the power factor of the power delivered to the DISCOM is maintained as per the TSERC or APERC/CEA norms from time to time. 4.16 Any change in rupturing capacity of switch-gear, settings of the relays or any other protection system relays, etc., shall be subject to approval of the TSTRANSCO or TRANSCO/DISCOM. 4.17 As the Solar Project's plant may carry fault currents that may occur on the grid, the Solar Power Developer shall provide adequate switchgear protection against such faults. The TSTRANSCO or TRANSCO/DISCOM is not responsible for damage, if any, caused to the Project’s plant and allied equipment during parallel operation of the plant with the grid. 4.18 The Solar Power Developer shall make bonafide effort to operate the Project in such a manner so as to avoid fluctuations and disturbances to the TSTRANSCO or TRANSCO/DISCOM network due to parallel operation with the network. 4.19 The Solar Power Developer shall control and operate the Project as per Prudent Utility Practices. The TRANSCO/DISCOM shall only be entitled to request the Solar Power Developer to reduce electric power and energy deliveries from the Project during a System Emergency, and then only to the extent that in the TRANSCO/DISCOM’s reasonable judgment such a reduction will alleviate the emergency. The DISCOM shall give the Solar Power Developer as much advance notice of such a reduction as is practicable under the circumstances and shall use all reasonable efforts to remedy the circumstance causing the reduction as soon as possible. Any reduction required of the Solar Power Developer hereunder shall be implemented in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures. 4.20 SLDC may instruct the Solar Power developer plant to back down generation on consideration of grid safety and security or safety of any equipment or personnel is endangered and the solar power Developer plant shall comply with the same. For this purposethis, the Solar Power Developer shall provide Data Acquisition System (“DAS”) facility compatible with to SLDC Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) system in consultation with SLDC for transfer of online information to concerned SLDC as per TSERC the clause No. 5.2.U of APERC Grid Code and IEGC 20102010 & APERC Grid Code. (i) SLDC may direct the Solar Power Developer to curtail its VAR or injection /injection incase the security of grid or safety of any equipment or personnel is endangered. (ii) During the Project start-up, the Solar Power Developer shall ensure that the reactive power drawl (inrush currents in case of induction plants) shall not affect the grid performance. 4.20 4.21 The Solar Power Developer shall ensure the connectivity standards applicable to the solar generating stations as per the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) Regulations and its amendments thereto are adhered to. 4.22 The Solar Power Developer will install necessary current limiting devices such as thyristors or any other deviceetc, if required. The Solar Power Developer shall provide protection system in compliance with the to grid code requirement for short circuit level, neutral grounding, current unbalance, limiting of harmonics, fault-fault- clearing time etc. A generating unit may be synchronized to the state grid system, when the Solar Power Developer has obtained permission for synchronization after meeting system requirements and such generating unit complies with Prudent Utility Practices.

METERING AND PROTECTION. 4.1 The Solar Power WtE Developer shall install main meter and meter, check meter of static type 0.2s class accuracy of ABT Meters at the Interconnection Point. The Solar Power Also, WtE Developer shall also install stand-stand by meter of same accuracy as per the norms specified in the Metering Code fixed by CEA or norms of TSERCCEA/APERC/APTRANSCO/APDISCOM. The main meter, check meter and stand-stand by meter shall will each consist of a pair of export and import parameters with facility for recording meter readings using meter recording instrument. For the purpose of uniformity, the WtE Developer shall follow metering specifications as developed by the DISCOM from time to time and as per Metering Code. The Solar Power WtE Developer shall be responsible to enable remote monitoring of generation by (providing of AMR modules to the billing metersmeters by WtE Developer). 4.2 All of the meters required to be installed in pursuant to Clause 4.1 of this Agreementabove, shall be jointly inspected and sealed on behalf of both parties and shall not be interfered with, tested or checked except in the presence of representatives of both parties and as per the Metering Code. 4.3 The meter readings of from the main meter shall meters will form the basis of billing. If any of the meters required to be installed pursuant to Clause 4.1 of this Agreement above are found to be registering inaccurately the affected meter shall will be replaced immediatelyimmediately be replaced. 4.4 The test check of the main meter and check meter shall be conducted half yearly for their accuracy in measuring the units. The and the correction applied to the consumption registered by the main meter to arrive at the correct Delivered Energy for billing purposes for the period of one month up to the time of such test check, computation of Delivered Energy for the period thereafter till the next monthly meter reading shall be as per the replaced main meter. 4.6 Corrections in billing of Delivered EnergyEnergy billing, whenever necessary, shall be applicable to the period between the previous monthly meter reading and the reading at date and time of the test calibration conducted in the current month when the error is observed and this correction derived with reference to the standard meter to the defective meter shall be for the full value of the absolute error. For the purpose of determining the correction to be applied to any meter registering inaccurately, the meter shall be tested under conditions simulating 100, 50, 20 and 10 percent load at unity power factor and 0.5 power factor. Of these eight values, the error at the load and power factor nearest the average monthly load served at the Interconnection Point during the applicable period shall be taken as the error to be applied for correction. 4.7 Where If all the main metermain, check meter and standby meter meters fail to record or if all/any of the Potential Transformer (PT) fuse is PT fuses are blown out, then the energy shall will be computed on a mutually agreeable basis for that period of defect. 4.8 The main metermain, check meter and standby meter meters shall be tested and calibrated once in a Financial Year utilizing a standard meter of 0.02s 0.02 class accuracy testing meter (“Standard Meter”). The Standard Meter shall be calibrated once in every year at the approved Laboratory by the Government of India or / Government of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh as per Terms and Conditions of supply. The testing of meters shall be carried out as per order issued from time to time by TSTRANSCO or CEA scrupulouslyAPERC/APTRANSCO/DISCOM rules and regulations. 4.9 The tests of the main meterAll main, check and stand by meter and standby meter tests shall be jointly conducted by the TSTRANSCO or DISCOM in the presence of authorized representatives of both the parties and the results and such corrections correction so arrived at shall mutually will be applicable and binding on both the parties. 4.10 On the Meter Reading Date of each month, the meter readings shall be taken (and an acknowledgement thereof signed) by the authorized representatives of both the parties. 4.11 Within six (6) months, from following the execution of this Agreement, the Solar Power WtE Developer and the TSTRANSCO or APTRANSCO/DISCOM shall mutually agree for to technical and performance specifications (including, but not limited to, the metering configuration for the Project) concerning the design and operation of the facilities required to be installed by the Solar Power WtE Developer so as in order for the WtE Developer to operate in parallel with the grid. METERING AND PROTECTION. 4.1 The Solar Power Mini Hydel Project Developer shall install main meter and meter, check meter of static type 0.2s class accuracy of ABT Meters at the Interconnection Inter-connection Point. The Solar Power Also, Mini Hydel Project Developer shall also install stand-by meter of same accuracy as per the norms specified in the Metering Code fixed by CEA or norms of TSERCCEA/APERC/APTRANSCO. The main meter, check meter and stand-stand by meter shall will each consist of a pair of export and import parameters with facility for recording meter readings using meter recording instrument. For the purpose of uniformity, the Mini Hydel Project Developer shall follow metering specifications as developed by the DISCOM from time to time and as per Metering Code. The Solar Power Mini Hydel Project Developer shall be responsible to enable remote monitoring of generation by (providing of AMR modules to the billing metersmeters by Mini Hydel Project Developer). 4.2 All of the meters required to be installed in pursuant to Clause 4.1 of this Agreementabove, shall be jointly inspected and sealed on behalf of both parties and shall not be interfered with, tested or checked except in the presence of representatives of both parties and as per the Metering Code. 4.3 The meter readings of from the main meter shall meters will form the basis of billing. If any of the meters required to be installed pursuant to Clause 4.1 of this Agreement above are found to be registering inaccurately the affected meter shall will be replaced immediatelyimmediately be replaced. 4.4 The test check of the main meter and check meter shall be conducted half yearly for their accuracy in measuring the units. The and the correction applied to the consumption registered by the main meter to arrive at the correct Delivered Energy for billing purposes for the period of one month up to the time of such test check, computation of Delivered Energy for the period thereafter till the next monthly meter reading shall be as per the replaced main meter. 4.6 Corrections in billing of Delivered EnergyEnergy billing, whenever necessary, shall be applicable to the period between the previous monthly meter reading and the reading at date and time of the test calibration conducted in the current month when the error is observed and this correction derived with reference to the standard meter to the defective meter shall be for the full value of the absolute error. For the purpose of determining the correction to be applied to any meter registering inaccurately, the meter shall be tested under conditions simulating 100, 50, 20 and 10 percent load at unity power factor and 0.5 power factor. Of these eight values, the error at the load and power factor nearest the average monthly load served at the Interconnection Inter-connection Point during the applicable period shall be taken as the error to be applied for correction. 4.7 Where If all the main metermain, check meter and standby meter meters fail to record or if all/any of the Potential Transformer (PT) fuse is PT fuses are blown out, then the energy shall will be computed on a mutually agreeable basis for that period of defect. 4.8 The main metermain, check meter and standby meter meters shall be tested and calibrated once in a Financial Year utilizing a standard meter of 0.02s 0.02 class accuracy testing meter (“Standard Meter”). The Standard Meter shall be calibrated once in every year at the approved Laboratory by the Government of India or / Government of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh as per Terms and Conditions of supply. The testing of meters shall be carried out as per order issued from time to time by TSTRANSCO or CEA scrupulouslyAPERC/APTRANSCO/DISCOM rules and regulations. 4.9 The tests of the main meterAll main, check and stand by meter and standby meter tests shall be jointly conducted by the TSTRANSCO or DISCOM in the presence of authorized representatives of both the parties and the results and such corrections correction so arrived at shall mutually will be applicable and binding on both the parties. 4.10 On the Meter Reading Date of each month, the meter readings shall be taken (and an acknowledgement thereof signed) by the authorized representatives of both the parties. 4.11 Within six Twenty Four (624) months, from following the execution of this Agreement, the Solar Power Mini Hydel Project Developer and the TSTRANSCO or APTRANSCO/DISCOM shall mutually agree for to technical and performance specifications (including, but not limited to, the metering configuration for the Project) concerning the design and operation of the facilities required to be installed by the Solar Power Mini Hydel Project Developer so as in order for the Mini Hydel Project Developer to operate in parallel with the grid. Thereafter, any change in such specifications shall be subject to mutual agreement of the parties. 4.12 The Project shall be operated and maintained in accordance with good and generally accepted prudent utility standards with respect to synchronizing, Voltage, frequency and reactive power control. 4.13 Voltage regulation shall be such as to enable continued paralleling and synchronization with the network voltage at the point of interconnectioninter-connection. 4.14 The equipment of the Solar Power Mini Hydel Project Developer shall be designed for fluctuations in the frequency within limits of -5% and +3% of the standard frequency of 50 cycles per second. 4.15 The Solar Power Mini Hydel Project Developer shall ensure that the power factor of the power delivered to the DISCOM is maintained as per the TSERC or APERC/CEA norms from time to time. 4.16 Any change in rupturing capacity of switch-gear, settings of the relays or any other protection system relays, etc., shall be subject to approval of the TSTRANSCO or APTRANSCO/DISCOM. 4.17 As the Solar Mini Hydel Project's plant may carry fault currents that may occur on the grid, the Solar Power Mini Hydel Project Developer shall provide adequate switchgear protection against such faults. The TSTRANSCO or APTRANSCO/DISCOM is not responsible for damage, if any, caused to the Project’s plant and allied equipment during parallel operation of the plant with the grid. 4.18 The Solar Power Mini Hydel Project Developer shall make bonafide effort to operate the Project in such a manner so as to avoid fluctuations and disturbances to the TSTRANSCO or APTRANSCO/DISCOM network due to parallel operation with the network. 4.19 The Mini Hydel Project Developer shall control and operate the Project as per Prudent Utility Practices. The APTRANSCO/DISCOM shall only be entitled to request the Mini Hydel Project Developer to reduce electric power and energy deliveries from the Project during a System Emergency, and then only to the extent that in the APTRANSCO/DISCOM’s reasonable judgment such a reduction will alleviate the emergency. The DISCOM shall give the Mini Hydel Project Developer as much advance notice of such a reduction as is practicable under the circumstances and shall use all reasonable efforts to remedy the circumstance causing the reduction as soon as possible. Any reduction required of the Mini Hydel Project Developer hereunder shall be implemented in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures. 4.20 SLDC may instruct the Solar Power developer Mini Hydel plant to back down generation on consideration of grid safety and security or safety of any equipment or personnel is endangered and the solar power Developer Mini Hydel plant shall comply with the same. For this purposethis, the Solar Power Mini Hydel Project Developer shall provide Data Acquisition System (“DAS”) facility compatible with to SLDC Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) system in consultation with SLDC for transfer of online information to concerned SLDC as per TSERC the clause No. 5.2.U of APERC Grid Code and IEGC 2010. 2010 & APERC Grid Code. (iin) SLDC may direct the Solar Mini Hydel Power Developer to curtail its VAR or injection / Injection incase the security of grid or safety of any equipment or personnel is endangered.
