Metering Facilities. The following is a detailed summary of the Metering Facilities needed to interconnect your project with the NWE system. This summary includes, but is not limited to MVA, voltage, current, BIL level, MCOV and interrupt ratings of equipment as applicable and associated grounding requirements.

Metering Facilities. Processor will install, own, operate, and maintain metering facilities to measure gas at the Receipt Points. The metering facilities and the Receipt Points applicable to Gas from each Well will be at or near the current Receipt Point. Metering Facilities. The Operator shall specify the design requirements of the primary and secondary Measurement Systems. Such Measurement Systems shall be designed, procured and installed by the Producer at its sole cost, risk, and expense. These Measurement Systems shall be maintained and operated by the Operator with maintenance costs at the expense of the Producer. These Measurement Systems will be situated within the Producer’s facilities at a location approved by the Operator.
Metering Facilities. Producer shall, at its sole risk and expense, install or cause to be installed metering facilities for the purpose of measuring volumes of Producer's Gas delivered to the Acceptance Point. Such metering facilities shall be of a standard make compatible with Plant meters and those metering facilities measuring the streams delivering Gas to the Plant. Such metering facilities shall meet the Operator's specifications and shall be installed in a manner and at a location approved by the Operator which will allow proper measurement and allocation of Producer's Gas under the Allocation Procedure. The metering facilities shall be maintained by and at the sole risk and expense of Producer. Such metering facilities shall be operated by Operator.

Metering Facilities. Prior to the Start Date, the Company will install, at Customer's expense, at or near the Point of Redelivery for the applicable Tolling Product, reasonably accurate meters available with a redundancy and accuracy of not less than 1% and other equipment as is necessary to measure the volume of Tolling Product redelivered hereunder (the "INCREMENTAL METERING EQUIPMENT"). In the event the Incremental Metering Equipment is out of service, or registering inaccurately, the volumes of Tolling Product delivered hereunder shall be estimated as follows, in descending order of priority: (a) By using the registration of any check meter or meters if installed and accurately registering; or (b) By correcting the error if the percentage of error is ascertainable by calibration, test, or mathematical calculation; or (c) By estimating the quantity of Tolling product delivered during prior periods under similar conditions when any meter was registering accurately.
Metering Facilities. Producer shall, at its sole cost, risk and expense, install, or cause to be installed, metering facilities for the purpose of measuring volumes of Producer Inlet Substances accepted at the Facility Inlet. Such metering facilities shall meet Operator's specifications, shall be installed in a manner and at the location approved by Operator which will allow proper measurement and allocation of Producer Inlet Substances under the Allocation Procedure, and shall be maintained by and at the sole cost, risk and expense of Producer. Such metering facilities shall be physically operated by the Party designated in Exhibit “A”.

Metering Facilities. Arrangements with respect to location, type and ownership of metering facilities required for purposes of controlling the pumping and taking of energy of the Project by the Companies hereunder shall be made by the Power Supply Committee, subject to the provisions of Article V of the Operating Agreement.
Metering Facilities. The electric power delivered at the Point of Interconnection shall be measured by one meter provided by the Cooperative. The meter will register forward KWH usage and also reverse KWH generation that is returned into the SREC system. Testing, maintenance, and reading from the meter will be done by the Cooperative in the same manner as other meters on the Cooperative System.
