Ownership Responsibilities. A. Owner specifically represents and warrants to Agister that Owner has acquired his/her interest in the Herd for Owner’s own use and benefit and/or the use and benefit of Owner’s family.
B. Owner shall at no time and under no circumstance sell or exchange any of Owner’s interest in the milk production from the Herd and shall at all times use the Owner’s share of milk production for Owner’s own use and/or the use and benefit of Owner’s family. Because all of the Herd Agreements are interdependent and cannot function without all interests in the Herd being covered by them, notwithstanding the foregoing, if any court orders a transfer or assignment of an interest, the Court is requested to make the transfer or assignment subject to the terms of the Herd Agreement.
C. Owner understands and agrees that ownership in the Herd does not entitle Owner to any rights in other real or personal property owned by the Agister or Farm, including farm equipment and fixtures. Owner further understands and agrees that it may only enter the Farm premises under the supervision of the Agister, or with the express permission of the Agister.

Dogs purchased as pets, should be spayed or neutered before nine months of age.

Female dogs purchased as pets, and canines that are judged not suitable for breeding or conformation events should be spayed before nine months of age. The Breeder will rebate to the Purchaser one-third of the purchase price, less the non-refundable deposit, upon receipt of a certificate of spay from a qualified veterinarian, provided that the dog has not previously been used for breeding.

Specifically, the dog will be properly licensed and inoculated against rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and other communicable diseases such as is recommended by a qualified veterinarian. The dog will receive proper and customary veterinary care. The dog will not be allowed to roam and will be socialized and obedience-trained appropriately. The dog will not be allowed to become obese. Temperament cannot and will not be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued after the 72 hour time frame should Owner decided that a temperament is undesirable, as environment and lack of proper training, socialization, and the like on owners part can promote negative behaviors and undesirable traits.

The Buyer agrees to maintain the puppy in a humane environment and properly train and care (quality food, water, shelter and veterinarian care) for the entire life of the dog. Specifically, the dog will be properly licensed and inoculated against rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and other communicable diseases as recommended by a qualified veterinarian. The dog will not be allowed to roam or stay as an outside dog 100% of the time, and will be socialized and obedience trained appropriately
Ownership Responsibilities. NorthWestern Energy will be responsible for the purchase and delivery of the instrument transformers to the meter-shop for testing and then for their transportation to the metering site. The Generation Owners will pay for the cost of the instrument transformers and their installation. o Nothing other than the billing meter will be connected to the secondary windings dedicated to the revenue metering. NorthWestern Energy will retain ownership of all instrument transformers. NorthWestern Energy will own, operate, and maintain all metering hardware from the Primary terminals of the instrument transformers. The cost of the metering hardware and its installation, including but not limited to the meters, instrument transformers, enclosures, communication devices, and wiring will be the responsibility of Generation Owners.
Ownership Responsibilities. The Property Owner shall, at its expense, continue to care for and maintain the Open Lands in a manner that is consistent with the stewardship practices which it has undertaken from the date on which it became the owner of the Open Lands. GBLT acknowledges that access to the Open Lands is not, and cannot be, fully restricted or controlled by the Property Owner and due to the seasonal nature of the Go Home Bay community the Property Owner is not able to actively monitor access to or activities on the Open Lands throughout the entire calendar year. Subject to these constraints, the Property Owner shall:
(a) establish and, to the extent reasonable having regard to the resources available to it, monitor and enforce, such rules and regulations for its members regarding the use of the Open Lands in order to comply with the Restrictions;
(b) maintain in good repair, reasonable wear and tear excepted, any improvements which are erected, built or established on the Open Lands in compliance with the Restrictions;
(c) remove, as soon as is reasonably possible in the circumstances and at its expense, any structures or other improvements erected, built or established on the Open Lands in contravention of the Restrictions;
(d) keep the Open Lands free of construction or other liens or encumbrances of any kind whatsoever;
(e) carry and maintain such general liability insurance, with GBLT being named as an additional insured, as is reasonable in the circumstances and provide GBLT with evidence of such coverage on a continuing basis;
(f) pay, as the same become due, municipal and provincial taxes, rates and fees (including any that may be charged or levied against GBLT by reason of this Agreement and the rights granted hereunder) and all charges for utilities, public or otherwise, the non- payment of which may give rise to a lien or charge on the Open Lands and provide GBLT with evidence of such payments on its reasonable request therefor.

Developer will own the Processing Facility, the Connecting Utilities interconnections, and any facilities from the Processing Facility up to the interconnection with the facilities of the Interconnection Authority. The Interconnection Authority shall own the metering station that meters the output of the Processing Facility in connection with the passage into the facilities of the Interconnection Authority. The costs of utility services required to operate and maintain the Project shall be allocated between the Parties as set forth in the body of the Biogas Project Agreement and in the Lease.

Proof of surgery from a qualified veterinarian must be provided to the Seller.
