Method of grant. (a) The Irrigation Right is to be granted by Tasmanian Irrigation and each Holder of the Rights entering an agreement in the form of annexure 2 for the volume of water being the portion of the Rights in respect of which the grantee is registered as the holder in the WEPC Register.
