METHOD OF AWARD. Select a method of award below for vehicles built to specifications at the OEM factory, and/or pre-existing inventory, as applicable. Method of Award for Vehicles Built to Specifications at the OEM Factory: Lowest price to a single contractor that can meet the specified delivery date, and supply the total number of vehicles requested. Method of Award for Pre-Existing Inventory Vehicles: Lowest price to a single contractor that can meet the specified delivery date, and provide the total number of vehicles requested. Lowest price for each contractor responding to the mini-bid will be determined by calculating the sum of the Total NYS Contract Price for Mini-Bid for all vehicles bid (i.e., the Grand Total NYS Contract Price of Vehicles Bid). Lowest price, per vehicle (i.e., the Total NYS Contract Price for Mini-Bid), to multiple Contractors that can meet the specified delivery date.
METHOD OF AWARD. The award is made to responsive and responsible bidders. FSA uses its discretion in determining if bids meet the requirements of this solicitation. The FSA reserves the right to make multiple awards within a specification, if deemed in the best interest of the FSA and the purchasers. Awards will be posted on the FSA website according to the date posted in the bid calendar.
METHOD OF AWARD. A. The Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder whose Bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the Contract Documents. The Contract, if awarded, will be awarded by base bid on a lump sum basis, comprised of unit prices, for the performance and completion of all Work required by the Contract Documents.
B. The Bidder to whom the award is made will be notified. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any technicalities and informalities in Bids received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the Owner’s interest.
C. A responsive Bidder shall be one who submits a Bid in the proper form without qualification or intent other than as called for in the Contract Documents, and who binds itself on behalf of the Bid to the Owner with the proper Bid Bond completed and attached, and who properly completes all forms required to be completed and submitted at the time of the Bidding. The Bidder shall furnish all data, documents, forms, and certifications required by the Contract Documents. Failure to do so may result in the Bid being declared non-responsive.
D. A responsible Bidder shall be one who can fulfill the following requirements:
1. The Bidder shall maintain a permanent place of business. This requirement applies to the Bidder where the Bidder is a division of a corporation, or where the Bidder is 50 percent or more owned by a person, corporation or firm.
2. The Bidder shall demonstrate adequate construction experience and sufficient equipment resources to properly perform the work under and in conformance with the Contract Documents. This evaluation will be based upon a list of completed or active projects and a list of construction equipment available to the Bidder to perform the work. The Owner may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the Bidder to perform the Work, and the Bidder shall furnish to the Owner all such information and data for this purpose as the Owner may reasonably request. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract Documents and to complete the Project contemplated therein.
3. The Bidder shall demonstrate financial resources of sufficient strength to meet the obligations incident to the performance of the Work covered by the Contract Documents. The ...

METHOD OF AWARD. A price agreement(s) may be awarded to a single bidder or to multiple bidders (multiple source awards) based on pricing and compliance with the specifications and requirements. San Xxxx County reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject offers, in whole or in part, and award this Bid in the best interest of the County. Alternate Bids may be considered for award so long as the Primary Bid submitted is the lowest bid meeting the specifications and requirements.
METHOD OF AWARD. NMDOT shall perform a bid analysis of all bids received for this Invitation to Bid, that require the technical expertise of an engineer. METHOD OF AWARD. A. The Boards of Education reserves the right to accept the lowest bid on all items combined from one bidder or any feasible combination of bids by items from different companies that result in the low bid.
B. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder or bidders meeting requirements and specifications. Bidders will be responsible for furnishing all product requirements, requested on the bid, to the individual schools and other various locations within the respective Cities of Satsuma and Chickasaw.
C. In the event the low bidder refuses to accept the entire requirements in a category without deviation, his bid may then be considered non-responsive.
D. A refusal by the first low bidder may result in the bids being awarded to the next low bidder meeting requirements and specifications.
E. The Boards of Education reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
F. The award will be made in accordance with Code of Alabama 1975 Section 16-13B-1.
G. The decision of the Boards of Education, individually, will be final.
H. Award will be made on unit price basis, extended price basis, or for other reasons mentioned in General Information, Paragraph D., which will best serve the interest of the Boards of Education.
