Common use of Method of Operations Clause in Contracts

Method of Operations. The contractor shall eliminate and dispose of all tree parts including roots. Area must be graded and sodded, as needed. The cost for grading and sodding (including labor, material, and installation) shall be included in the unit price bid for removal of dead or fallen trees. If at any time, the work is deemed unsatisfactory by the County’s Representative, the services will be performed again at no additional cost to the County.
