Method of Payment - Construction Phase. Refer to the Exhibit H, General Conditions Of The Contract For Construction (Document 00700). Invoices furnished by the Contractor under this Agreement must be in the form specified above and must be submitted for approval to: Project Manager Office of Court Construction and Management Administrative Office of the Courts 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000 Xxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 The AOC will endeavor to pay invoices within thirty (30) days after receipt of a correct, itemized invoice. In no event shall the AOC be liable for interest or late charges for any late payments. Payment shall be made by the AOC to the Contractor at the address specified on the invoice. The AOC may withhold full or partial payment to the Contractor in any instance in which the Contractor has failed or refused to satisfy any material obligation provided for under this Agreement.
