Method of Serving Notices. 43 (March 25, 2009 APWA GSP) 44 Revise the second paragraph to read: 46 All correspondence from the Contractor shall be directed to the Project Engineer. All 47 correspondence from the Contractor constituting any notification, notice of protest, notice 48 of dispute, or other correspondence constituting notification required to be furnished 49 under the Contract, must be in paper format, hand delivered or sent via mail delivery 50 service to the Project Engineer's office. Electronic copies such as e-mails or 1 electronically delivered copies of correspondence will not constitute such notice and will 2 not comply with the requirements of the Contract. 3 4 Add the following new section:
